Dr. Perlingeiro is inventor of the MyoPAXon platform and an expert in stem cell biology, muscle regeneration, cell therapy and GMP development. She is the Lillehei Professor in Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Perlingeiro received a PhD from University of Campinas-SP and did her postdoctoral training at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at MIT.

Co-Founder

Dr. Kyba is co-inventor of the MyoPAXon platform and an expert in stem cell expansion and transplantation. He is Professor of Pediatrics and Professor at the Lillehei Heart and Stem Cell Institutes at UMN. Dr. Kyba received a PhD from the University of British Columbia and did his postdoctoral training at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at MIT.

Co-Founder

Mr. Hawkins is an experienced cell and gene therapy entrepreneur focused on translating university innovations into startup companies for the benefit of patients. He has been Co-Founder of AAV gene therapy companies Abeona Therapeutics, Milo Biotechnology and Amplo Biotechnology and was formerly Director of New Ventures at Boston University. He received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an SM from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences Technology.
